February Review! Warning...Long Post!

February was full of fun things, I think. It started off with our traditional "Super Bowl" party at Lonni and Carl's which was fun and yummy. Then Danny left for a 10day business trip to Denver. The day he was to come home his flight got delayed 4 times. He finally landed around 8:30 pm. While we were waiting in the airport Ryleigh decides she needs to puke! As I'm carrying her to a trash can some spills out of my hands and hits the floor. Some sweet old men directed me to a restroom, while we were on our way to the restroom someone slips in Ry's puke! When we got in a stall I notice it's all over her shirt. Who carries a change of clothes for an 8 year old?! So what was I to do? I took off her shirt put it in the trash, took off my shirt, put it on her, put on my coat, zipped it up and off we went to wait for Danny to get off the plane! The next day happened to be "Love Day". Danny and I went to lunch with Camie and Andy and then to a movie. We ate lunch at "The DoDo" restaurant at the Gateway. It was our first time there and we loved it. We saw "Paul Blart Mall Cop". It was really funny, but at the same time I was embarassed for him. The best part was the carmel apple from RMCF and being with Danny of course! Science fair was fun and stinky! Emma feed 3 plants one water, one o.j and one milk. The milk plant made our house stink like rotten milk...we were glad when it was time to throw them away. She did a great job, way to go Em! The best part of February was my brother Paul, his wife Kris and two of their kids came to SL for a visit. We visited at my parents, went to Su Casa for lunch and celebrated Addison's 1st birthday. It was so great to have them here. Then came the worst part of the month...saying good bye. Paul and I are really close. It's always so hard for me to tell him good bye. I promised myself I wouldn't cry. But as he walked out the door I had to have one more hug and then the tears came. After a hug from Kat and then being held by Danny as I sobbed, I pulled it together. The next day we went with Misty and her kids and grandma Betty to the Draper Temple open house. From start to finish it took us 3 hours. The kids were great. It was so cool to be able to explain to them what each room was and to answer their questions. My favorite part was when we were in the sealing room and we all looked in the mirrors and saw us as a forever family. I hope my kids remember the feeling they had that day in the temple. I also hope that by being able to see what the inside of the temple is like it will help them want to go there someday. After our tour was over Grandma Betty took us to lunch at "the old spaghetti factory". It was sooo yummy! The kids really deserved a treat after being so good. Thanks Grandma for lunch!

A few things...
I would LOVE a copy of that picture of Matthew and I. I was just telling him the other day that we don't have many pictures of the two of us. :) Second, what a great month, right? Third, I think it's so great that you guys got to have the experience of going through the temple with your kids. I remember going through the Albuquerque temple with my family- including my non-member relatives- and it was such an awesome experience. I'm sure they'll treasure the memory. Love ya!

This movie reminded me of my childhood days.I think that kids between 8-15 will definitely love it.Adults will find this movie very cute.if I were asked then I would rate it 4/5.
